Refund Policy

Refunds for digital files, STL designs, custom printed products, and service work depend on whether fulfilment or production has started.

If there is a payment error, duplicate payment, or order issue, contact DKN Technologies with your payment ID and order details. Eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible.

Custom design, software, and fabrication work may be non-refundable once design, development, printing, or material procurement has begun.
